Return & Exchange Policy

All items that are custom-designed or specially manufactured upon the customer's request, or produced according to custom specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
If you receive a product with a defect or an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Customers may request a return or exchange for ready-made products only within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all accessories and components.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Yira reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its Executive Regulations, taking into account the nature of custom-designed and made-to-order products.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

جميع القطع المصممة أو المصنعة خصيصاً حسب طلب العميل أو التي تم تنفيذها بمواصفات خاصة لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد تأكيد الطلب وبدء التنفيذ.
في حال استلام المنتج بعيب أو خطأ من طرفنا، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمشكلة.
يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع للمنتجات الجاهزة فقط خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة وبكامل ملحقاتها.
تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ أو عيباً من طرفنا.
تحتفظ Yira بحق رفض طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

تم إعداد هذه السياسة بما يتوافق مع أحكام قانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي رقم 39 لسنة 2014 ولائحته التنفيذية، مع مراعاة طبيعة المنتجات المصممة أو المصنعة حسب الطلب.
